A very unusual cast iron fireplace insert by Thomas Jeckyll. The reeded background with finely cast rosettes of varying decorations and plain front bars. Thomas Jeckyll was one of the leading architects of the Aesthetic Movement from which this was created with Anglo-Japanese inspiration and Japanese prints. Circa 1876. Each item sold separately.
